The office is in Yorba Linda, CA at a main intersection of Yorba Linda Blvd and Imperial Hwy in a small shopping center. There is ample street and covered parking. At this intersection, you will see Chili’s Restaurant. Behind it are some one story buildings, you will go to the one which says Caduceus. That is suite 204. Dr. Rogers’ name is not posted on the outside. Dr. Rogers’ office is in the back of an outpatient medical clinic and is wheelchair accessible. As you enter, you will be greeted by a receptionist and you will sign in. The front office staff will give you the appropriate forms to complete and will notify her of your arrival.

If you are seeking treatment for a minor, or about a minor, please be advised that the first session is for the parents or guardians only; to discuss background history as well as what the adults hope the outcome to be. The first meeting is spent in screening and information gathering to establish a treatment plan and a diagnosis – if there is one. Please bring in a list of all the medications you or the minor are taking. If you are bringing in a child who has IEPs or has had psychological or neurological evaluations, please bring copies with you to the initial session. |
